Ladmach Engineering started in 1987 and is a Precision Engineering company operating out
of Capel in the South West of Western Australia. The business ethos has always
been "quality not quantity." This focus has paid great dividends,
enabling the business to grow strong and successful, with diverse markets and 
loyal
customers.
Ladmach started as a supplier of precision made components such as pump and gearbox shafts, drive couplings, bearing housings and similar products, mainly for the mineral sands industry.
The business grew steadily supplying and servicing this market. Ladmach manufactures components to keep their customers operational, but also supplements their clients workforce by stripping down their machines, repairing or replacing defective parts and then rebuilding them ready to be put straight back into operation.
The implementation of a Quality Management System and accreditation to ISO 9002 contributed to Ladmach winning of the Quality Management Award at the South West Small Business Awards in 1997 & 1998. The business also won the 1998 Regional Business Award, and was a state finalist in the Telstra Small Business awards in 1998 and 1999.
Ladmach has a wide variety of customers in many different industries such as the: Mining, Engineering and Fabrication, Quarries, Agriculture, Viticulture, Transport, and the services sector such as crane hire companies and concrete suppliers.
